Day 53 of nice places in germany: Kölner dom (cologne cathedral) is a catholic cathedral and one of most iconic german monuments, it is the tallest twin towerd church in the world, ot got started to build in 1248 untill 1880 in 1950 the restoration started untill today and keep going. Cologne's medieval builders had planned a grand structure to house the reliquary of the Three Kings and fit for its role as a place of worship for the Holy Roman Emperor. Due the medival time it was one important pilgrimage place for Christians. It is located in the Center of the City cologne.

Day 52 of nice places in germany: Burg Stettenfels it is a medival castle and got build arround 1000-1100 in 1549 it got burned down but suffered not heavly damage .. the most parts are still original. The castle is fully open for public and a famous wedding location, it also have every year a medival Festival with knight tournement, medival music and Traditional handworks, the Fest is every year on the 1. May, also you have a beer garden there. It is located near Heilbronn in Baden-Wuerttemberg.

In germany it is allowed to drink a beer while driving. So if you stop next to a police car you can catch I contact to an officer and drink a sip out of your beer buttle, they might stop you and check your alc. Level but ad long as it is under 0,5 you are fine to go.

Low german: Dat gifft nix Beter as in ’t Vörjahr en Beer to drinken un de Natuur to eten.

German:Es gibt nichts besseres als im Frühling ein Bier zu trinken und die Natur zu genießen.

There is nothing better than drinking a beer in spring and enjoying nature.

Day 51 of nice places in germany: Castle Weilburg, it is one of the best preserved castle of the Renaissance, it got build between 1545 to 1590. It is also known for it's big gardens, the today use is a Museum, the administration of the State Palaces and Gardens of Hesse can also be found here, also it has a concert hall.
It is located in hesse near Frankfurt am Main.

Day 50 of nice places in germany: The historical City of idstein it got founded in 1102 and was a important City due the medival time, the oldes still existing building in the city is the so caled hexenturm (witch tower) from 1170. It is located in the south West part of hesse near Wiesbaden, the federal capital of hesse.

Day 49 of nice place in germany: The Center am Brandenburger Platz is a innovativ architecture building complex with shopping mall, hotels, Restaurants and much more.
It's got finished in the year 2000 and was higlited for it's unique Design
It is locaded in Berlin.

Day 48 of nice places in germany: Tropical Island, it is a indoor water Park and resort in a old airship Hangar from 1938 who got restored in early 2000, the so called aerium is the biggest self-standing hall in the world. Tropical Island can hold Max 8200 visiotrs and hold the World record for the biggest indoor water Park. It is also the fourth-largest building in the world by usable volume.
You can book a tent or a tiny house inside of the hall. It is located 50km away from Berlin near the Highway A13
