Oh! I guess so far all the Syrians I met in the U.S. have big eyeballs so I assumed everyone has big eyeballs in Syria! I am sure I will meet many nice people in Syria just like Vietnam. I heard the weather will be nice in Syria and I will be honored to have your guidance if you have free time. I am the same way, I will work hard during school but I am very funny. I understand you are busy because you are studying for your USMLE and working crazy hospital shifts. My circadian rhythm is on Jerusalem time so I am up at random hours but I really have ro train myself to go back to U.S. time. Sleep is so essential...I am normally free weekends 8am to 2pm Syrian time.

Yes, I am taking a trip to Syria before I start school again. If you do have time, I recommend visiting San Francisco, California. It is a very nice place. I hope to visit Syria either late April or early May because I am still getting evaluated from the schools I am applying to. Additionally, an application for Service Civil International is in March for Syria. But mainly, I want to go to Syria for fun and see if it is true Syrians have big eyeballs. Hahaha I just hope I do not get shy to practice Arabic. These days, I am just too shy. I may stay at the Service Civil International organization or with a friend. Some of my friends will be in Lebanon so it will feel more like home. I hope to stay 1 or 2 months.
I’m sorry I haven’t responded. I wasn’t sure if you were busy or not and I was afraid to bother you. I know how residency applications and USMLE can be. I had a mic for about a month now but I barely see you online and I saw your picture on yahoo but you looked very serious…so I said “Oh! That Abdullah is a serious man, I better not bother him!” 
My friend cruel Islam is teaching me Arabic. Haha, he is a strict teacher. Punishment is standing up or bellydancing. He is a doctor too about your age as well. Yesterday, during my dizziness, I started to figure out how to read in Arabic except I do not know what the words mean. Thank you for the nice comments. You are very kind!
