No didn't go to those hot pools went to AC Bathes. Had a nice time in Taupo but back home now in the Far North and we have a bad storm.

Hi Brian,good to hear from you and thanks for replying. I worked for several years as a shepherd on a hill farm in the English lake district in the county of Cumbria. We had about 800 Herdwick sheep and 500 Swaledales plus 60 beef cows. It was great being out on the hills especially in summer. I got to know bit about NZ when 3 young Kiwis came and helped with the shearing,they toured the country shearing. I have a great story about them and me in the local pub.regards, Barry

Reading your profile we have so much in common, I own a small rental in NP. Love the place, the boardwalk, the sculpture and art fabulous place to live.
