The US is very big and has very many different cultures in it. I love sushi, which is odd because I am not a big sea food person. I love noodle dishes, and it would be a dream come true to go to a real ramen shop! I tried making my own but it did not come out quite right. I had it in a restaurant once. I like stir fry's, and miso soup.
