Hi Pongsit, I'm Marion from Canada. I'm a young senior and like to do chair zumba, Chi Gong, Tai Chi and yoga-all very good for you. I have a good friend here and she's 93 and from Poland. She's amazing & crochets shawls, beret hats for me, slippers, flowers for my blouses and we send each other notes to cheer each other up due to COVID or sickness. She's getting very frail with much pain and aches. I pray for her & she prays too for me! Bye now!PS My sis & her husband just came back from Thailand 5 months ago and liked it very much. Hi Pongsit,I am Marion from Canada. My sister just cut my hair as it was long COVID hair very terrible! Now my photo looks much better-cool, fresh & sassy! My sis & her husband just came back from Thailand some months ago & liked it there. Very nice food and beautiful temples. She bought me a very nice necklace from the shops there & I like it very much. Very different from others. I was a teacher for quite a long time -working with little children- fun, happy most of the time. Now I relax and go for walks, talk with friends on email, phone from my church and other friends too from many parts of the world! Bye for now. Marion from Canada.
