Hello Jay, it is nice to find people from Korea who are expressing the fact that they are spiritual, not religious, thus making a clear distinction between these 2 concepts.
Are you familiar with David Hawkins book, or his map of consciousness? I think it would be interesting for you take a look on that... I have actually bought his book in Korea.
Meditating every day is a ... wonderful practice! There are no words to describe how wonderful this practice is. A few years ago I was diligent with it too, yet now it seems hard to re-enter that state. / Have a nice day!
