Yeah Yoga is so fun :) that sounds so corny lol but sit outside for a few hours and see how different everything in your life is :D because we're always collecting whatever we're around and we aren't aware that we're collecting it but if you're around a lot of frantic energy like people worrying all the time unless you've really grounded yourself and spent all day totally collected here , you're going to start collecting that frantic energy you're going to start actually being reminded of all the things that are BOTHERING YOU and things that stress you out all the time and going to a lower vibration of chaos lol so any way it's good to meditate/ Yoga :D

Great :) Saturday ; I was about to go to the hospital yesterday how sick I've been feeling. I was literally too tired to stand. Passing out. Low blood :O sugar crashes. Felt completely out of it , weak , and with no explanation. Then I filled myself with a bunch of good food , vitamins , weird green tea and alkaline water and also did a Thai yoga session with a friend of mine and I feel 8,0000 times better. Sunday I went to the beach with my friends :D
